Keble geographer Eliza Norris has been recognised by the Royal Geographical Society’s Political Geography Research Group and awarded their 2020 undergraduate dissertation prize. Her research in political geography offered a comparative study of underground hospitals in Israel and Syria. She was praised by the research group for her excellent use of theory and thoughtful methodological design.
Eliza presented her research to the other geographers at Keble during Hilary Term. The presentation formed part of a coordinated set of classes we organise to introduce second years to the dissertation component of their degree.
